Michael E Johnston Commissioner for the Washington State Supreme Court has put forth a ruling denying direct discretionary review of HB1240 by the supreme court of WA. He is clear in his communist satanic babbling that he has interpreted that the District Court of Thurston County in its findings found that AR15 rifles are not "ARMS" was a correct interpretation. He also clearly states that our 2A rights are not being violated since people can still own these firearms in WA State. Even though common sense from any sane individual would know that 21 year olds who have turned 21 after the date HB1240 was implemented are unable to purchase these rifles directly violating their 2nd Amendment rights.

Micheal E Johnston is just another peon who was appointed by supreme court justices who have been selected not ELECTED due to rampant and blatant election fraud in Washington State.
