receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous
metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000
degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile
strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any
powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic
centimeter are prohibited.

only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and
State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.’s.
Some of the states listed above may not have L.E.O. exemptions. Please

LIMITLESS AMERICA does NOT ship directly to L.E.O.’s; the order

P.O. Box Shipments / Restrictions

Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

LIMITLESS AMERICA abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material
shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is
any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of
Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to
health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but
is not limited to:

Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition
Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
Flammable Solids — Black Powder
Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a
physical address for shipment through UPS.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions

LIMITLESS AMERICA abides by all state regulations regarding the
sale of high capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity
magazines with firearms to the states listed below. We WILL NOT
replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO
NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.

It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws
regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are
illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled.

California — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
Colorado — No magazines greater than 15 rounds, effective July 1st, 2013.
Boulder — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
Connecticut — 10 Rounds and less with a valid permit.
Hawaii — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
Illinois (North Chicago) — No magazines greater than 16 rounds.
Aurora, Skokie, Chicago, Evanston — No magazines greater than 15 rounds.
Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood, Deerfield — No magazines

Massachusetts. Massachusetts is very strict compares to other states when it comes to buying ammo. In MA, you need to have a license to buy or possess ammunition. Tu buy ammo in the state, you must be at least 18 for long gun and at least 21 years old to buy handgun rounds. Ammo purchases must be conducted face-to-face. Additionally, all federal laws apply in the Commonwealth.
New York — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
New Jersey — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
Vermont — No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped as of April 13, 2018.

Washington D.C. — No Sales. LIMITLESS AMERICA will not ship ANY items to the

District of Columbia.

Washington State - No magazines greater than 10 rounds.

LIMITLESS AMERICA will not ship high capacity magazines for CA customers to a High
Capacity Magazine Dealer. High Capacity Magazine Dealers in CA may
place orders with LIMITLESS AMERICA directly.

AMMUNITION ORDERING RESTRICTIONS

LIMITLESS AMERICA abides by all state regulations regarding the
sale of ammunition.

You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use.
You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years
of age (for rifle ammunition).
By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or
federal laws.
You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic
abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing,
ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been
adjudicated as mentally defective. You will not sell ammunition to any
minor.

We will not ship ammunition to the following areas:

California — No Sales to the cities of Los Angeles, Oakland,
Sacramento, San Francisco, or Avalon.
Connecticut — No sales without a valid permit.
Alaska — No Sales. Ammunition must be shipped to a freight forwarder.
Hawaii — No Sales. Ammunition must be shipped to a freight forwarder.
Illinois — No sales to the city of Chicago or Cook County. All other
Illinois residents must email us a copy of their FOID card in addition
to their State ID. Ammunition must ship to an address on one of these
ID's.
Massachusetts — No sales. LIMITLESS AMERICA will not ship ANY items to the state of
Massachusetts.
Maryland — No Sales to the City of Annapolis and Montgomery County
New York — No Sales to New York City, or its five Burroughs. Starting
January 1st, 2014 all ammunition must be sent to a FFL.
New Jersey — When ordering ammunition commonly used in a handgun/to be
used in a handgun, email us a copy of your Firearms ID. We must ship
to the address on the FID.
Puerto Rico —No Sales. Ammunition must be shipped to a freight forwarder.
Washington D.C. — No sales. LIMITLESS AMERICA will not ship ANY items to the
District of Columbia.

Other Ordering Restrictions

Alaska - No tannerite sales.
Hawaii - No magazines greater than 10 rounds. No AR or AK pistols.
Maryland - No Tannerite sales.
Massachusetts - sales of products that are legal.
Minnesota - The following firearms are prohibited in the state of
Minnesota: GSG Rimfire pistols, Walther Rimfire Pistols, Cobra,
Phoenix Arms, and Heritage Arms.
Vermont - No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped as of April 13,
2018. No pistol magazines over 15 rounds effective immediately.
Washington D.C - No sales.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Buyer shall comply with Federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the goods or services purchased or received under this Agreement. Buyer is advised that the goods and services purchased or received from LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. under this Agreement, including but not limited to any related drawings, samples, or technical manuals, may be restricted under the Arms Export Control Act, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Act, and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In addition, assembly of LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. parts or placing other accessories onto LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. products, and/or their transport or resale may violate applicable laws, rules or regulations and are done at Buyer’s sole risk. Buyer expressly assumes all responsibility and all liability for its conduct and compliance with all laws, rules and regulations, and LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability therefor. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. harmless from all sums, costs and expenses as a result of any and all loss, expense, damage, liability, claims, and demands, either at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to any of Buyer’s actions or failures to act.

To purchase LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. products, or to utilize this website, you must agree to the following before proceeding:

• I am not prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law.

• I am not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison me for more than one year.

• I have never been convicted in any court of a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned me for more than one year, even if I received a shorter sentence including probation.

• I am not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.

• I am not a resident of the State of New Jersey, Washington, or District of Columbia which prohibits ownership of all receiver blanks & 80% products.

Felon Policy: You must comply with our restricted felon policy, Your use of this website is an agreement that you will abide by all federal, state and local laws. MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION. In the event a dispute arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of Polymer80 products, the Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period then any or all outstanding issues may be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation is not successful in resolving the entire dispute or is unavailable, any outstanding issues will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. The arbitrator's award will be final, and judgment may be entered upon it by any court having jurisdiction within the State of Nevada.

ATTORNEYS FEES. In the event of litigation relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorney fees and costs resulting therefrom.

In compliance with federal statutes, LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC & BENCHMADE KNIFE COMPANY requests that you read carefully the requirements set forth below, and sign this acknowledgement form prior to your purchase or receipt of any automatic opening knife from our company. By placing an order or receiving a Product Service (Lifesharp Service, Lasermark Service, warranty or repair) from us for any automatic opening knife product, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria established by Federal law:

Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:

To civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
An active Armed Forces member or employee acting in the performance of his or her duty;
To supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or militia of a State, Territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
To supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of an State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;
To manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4.
LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC will not sell automatic opening knives to any customer unless such sale or receipt of Product Service return is made in compliance with one or more of the above conditions.

(Limitless America Customer/Owner) recognizes and acknowledges that it is our responsibility as the owner, buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable laws (local, state, federal and international) in regard to the possession or purchase of any item from LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC. We hereby represent and certify that our purchase or ownership of automatic opening knives from LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC meets one or more of the criteria set forth above and agree to use these knives in connection of duties as described above in sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

IF your AKOA form is expired or not agreed to, LIMITLESS AMERICA LLC will not sell or ship any automatic opening knives to any customer unless such sale or receipt of Product Service return is made in compliance with our Automatic Knife Opening Acknowledgement form.
