This is 45 ACP training ammo, loaded with a 230 grain full metal jacket and the propellant that bullet needs to achieve a muzzle velocity of 830 fps. Those are precisely the specs the 1911 was designed around, but any 45 ACP handgun will have an easy time running this ammo. Its non-expanding bullet has a lead core and a gilding metal jacket. The projectile contains no steel and is completely nonmagnetic.
